CONNECT
We bring together communal agencies, organizations and congregations to identify the needs of the vulnerable and determine how to address them. We partner with these organizations to ensure that the vulnerable in our community are taken care of and can live with dignity no matter what their circumstances.
Locally, we partner with many agencies to provide these services, including:
IMPACT
We ensure that services addressing a wide variety of issues facing the vulnerable in our community are provided: poverty, mental illness, hunger, medical and financial assistance, the ability of seniors to live independently and much more.
UNEMPLOYMENT
Housing and medical services for the elderly: Through the agencies we support seniors to have a safe and caring place to live when they can no longer live independently.
Transportation services: with JFS Desert, to help enable them to live independently.
How we accomplish this

Federation has raised funds to support of vitally needed services locally, in Israel and around the world. A member of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), we are among 150 Jewish Federations which together raise more than $3 billion annually to save lives and meet humanitarian needs. The Federation movement, collectively among the top 10 charities on the continent, protects and enhances the well being of Jews by giving life to the values of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) and Tzedakah (charity and social justice).
